Join us for a day of Woodland Management and become a Citizen Forester with City of Trees!
We will be removing encroaching bramble to clear an overgrown existing pathway and removing regenerated Ash trees. We are carrying out this work to maintain a healthy and sustainable woodland that supports local wildlife and the surrounding community.
The tools we will be using for these activities are: loppers, secateurs, bowsaws, pruning saws and spades. All tools will be provided; please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day – you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary. This activity is suitable for adults.
