Join us for a guided walk around Castlefield and learn about the city’s trees and industrial landmarks!
The walk will begin with a visit to the National Trust’s Castlefield Viaduct before embarking on a walk around Castlefield to learn some fun facts about trees and landmarks guided by City of Trees staff.
This activity is suitable for all ages and is a gentle walk around Castlefield using established pathways and pavements. There is a lift upto Castlefield Viaduct.

Parking/public transport
- There is no designated public parking for Castlefield Viaduct, however there are plenty of city centre car parks if you need to drive.
- Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop is a 2 minute walk from the viaduct.
