Roots to work will be assisting people into work.
Green Skills Days will involve practical conservation activities and job coaching.
We will support the individual to make a GROW plan and the sessions will develop both green and transferable skills to increase your employability and prove your competency in a work environment.
Activities we will be completing on the day include:
- Vegetation clearance
- Pond Clearance
- Path Widening
- Woodland Management
